• Our services are activated immediately after payment is received. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal from a contract concluded electronically, as per EU consumer protection regulations. This means that you will not be able to cancel your contract and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• A 1-day refund policy is applicable for Virtual Private Servers (all of the other services provided by us, will not be refunded under any circumstance), allowing you to request a refund within 1 day of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed in the original payment method or store credit (depending on your preference), except for cryptocurrency payments, which will be issued ONLY as store credit.
• To request a refund, please contact our support team at support {at} strike.bz, providing your order number and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours.
• No refunds will be issued for services canceled due to a breach of our terms of service.
