As you most of you know @r (Roman) and @wind (Myself) own Swap, the Exchange service.

Just recently we've been termed and have lost all of our contacts. Banning @r with no follow-up on the situation is really mind boggling. An email regarding it would've been great before banning or even contacting our telegram's which is linked on his profile.

We're extremely busy trying to rebuild a community that's helped thousands get their money exchanged in a safe environment.

I dont think an Admin would ever contact someone through Telegram to inform them that they have been banned. That would be unusual.

An email would have been nice I guess. It says he was banned for "Fake Giveaways"

For someone as reputable as roman It would be stupid to ban them over not paying out whatever $20 giveaway he's been banned for without reaching out to him first as its clear that he's not scamming for $20

He was banned because he got messaged by multiple members of the team to add an end date/announce winners yet he said he'd do it and never did.

I am aware roman has the funds to host such giveaways, but rules have to be followed. "Fake giveaways" ban reason should have been more specific.

Please tell roman to contact an admin/create a ticket.

Rep doesn't mean you get special treatment in my opinion.

and im sure staff didnt assume it was a fake giveaway and ban without reason. That would make 0 sense and be unprofessional.

I might not have much rep or anything but just blatantly banning someone over saying "fake giveaway" doesn't explain much or even go into detail they didn't make a deal dispute about it they just said fake giveaway, but my sympathy goes out to roman

we did reach out to him, he said he'd do something about it but never did
