Incident Details:
the story is pretty long, so here's a summary: - person A (Ery) sold person B (Cody) a project - I bought the project from person B (Cody) - person A (Ery) has now taken all assets, source codes etc and relaunched the service person A in this case is @Hydra who is advertising the replica service, they have already been banned from nulled (https://www.nulled.to/user/4313904-unikeys) for this blatant ripoff nulled has now wiped all his threads but i got this screenshot before they were gone: https://i.imgur.com/V4aQet7.png notice the discord? In terms of forum accounts, yes, I do post on their behalf, as they are my friends. There were no downsides at the time, it is a simple deal where I could help them promote with my accounts and gain reputation on-site. I already had accounts on forums that I use for whatever deals, whether that is buying or selling.


I still am the middleman for both "person A" and them for any problems that may arise. All my involvement in terms of forums and contacts is that.
Other than that, on a personal level, I have just designed their logo, product thumbnails, and their website.

My friend is not ERY as there would've been no reason to be so as it is pointless to have gone through all these conversations with Ecy and my friend to proxy the deal. If anything the seller has a higher likelihood of being the original individual.

Contrary to what others have stated, there were no terms mentioned either between ecy and I. I just proxied the deal for them for code for a homework scraping bot.

As for replication of designs (logo), I did it per request. Only thing "copied" is a white ontop of a dark background.
As for the thread, I didn't do this one whatsoever, as it isn't in my capacity.

You clearly state that Person A (who I am advertising for) is the original seller to Cody, it is not. Ery is not Bloo (said friend), who is running UniKey. Ecy is just a seller; whether or not Ery and ecy is the same person is unknown to me.
I do not know who ecy is. I did not confirm this on-site or anything with the user as it was not needed as they offered to go first (can show). There was no downside to this. For all I know, ecy could be a developer who worked on the project since Ery did not develop it from scratch. I do know that Ery owned but did not develop UniAIO, as I remember going into a development service on Discord in which there were developers who had worked on AIO. I am no longer in that Discord, as I have been termed, and I do not see it on the forums anymore.

As for banning, that was not my decision. I did not make the call, nor did I execute on it.

I did receive your msg, but I rather keep it on-site as it is pointless to just DM. Which is the case currently.

This can just be solved simply by having both parties submitting the source codes to the bots. I can submit on behalf of bloo since I proxied the deal anyways.


If it is the same, then the thread can be simply be removed. They can start it from scratch if need be in terms of the code base.


As for the designs (logo), that shouldn't have to be redone (you didn't state it, im just saying for the sake of the dd). Neither should the product thumbnails.

Copying a layout and bot name format isn't against the forum rules. At least it isn't stated, from what I have seen. If it is a ripoff, it still doesn't justify me (my forum account) being banned for scamming? Under the pretense that the code is not the same, what is the difference between anyone just starting another HW service with the same format and being allowed? And if the code is the same, I still don't see what the issue is regarding how this is a scam report if neither I nor my friend are Eryy. Would it not be on Eryy's account himself? We didn't make a grand scheme where we sold it to Cody and then sold it to others. We just bought bots for a business venture that was offered. ecy came up with a proposal for a discord bot that scrapes answers off the popular sites similar to AIO, Hero, and any other service. He even offered to set it up before payment, so there was no reason to refuse. We didn't receive any terms from him stating x y or z as why would there be if we were just buying a discord bot from someone. The buyers wanted the service to function similarly to AIO in terms of how the business was running, so when I initially created the server and logo it used the reference of AIO. Even then it was still created from scratch.

Yes, my friends are willing to submit the code. Though if this takes longer, the code will have been changed, as they are also getting it redone completely to add additional sites, but regardless the initial code can be sent.
