I have checked like 95% of these domains and you can visit them without a problem on any web browser/device. Another cool feature of these domains is that they maintain their Unicode form 100% of the time. Even if you visit their PUNYcode structure, it will actually redirect you back to the Unicode structure.
For example:
ჯ.net is actually xn--hpd.net
Normally, if you visit special character domains (ჯ.net ), they will change to the PUNYcode structuring (xn--hpd.net). But, with almost all of my domains they will actually change to the Unicode structure. This means you should be able to use them for emails with no issue whatsoever and link people without a problem. Some sites will convert these domains to their Punycode structure if they have phishing issues. There's a very limited number special characters you can register that remain in unicode structure. This makes the 1 character .COM versions extremely rare as it's the most desirable TLD
1 Letter .COM Domains:
These are extremely rare to come by. Cyrillic is the only version of a 1 letter .COM you can actually register as ICANN locks 1 letter .COM
