Upgraded only selection & Gifted upgrades award

Add award for gifted upgrades, aka award if u have gifted for example 1, 5, 10... upgrades to other users.
also upgraded only selection, like chatting or smth just for upgrades members
Add inventory button on members profiles, so its easier to see what they got. (rn idk even how to see anyone's inv, idk if its even possible)

Upgraded section isn't needed YET imo as it takes away activity from the regular lounge and makes the forum less look active to non-upgraded users
