- No discounts on fees, the fees are fixed.
- The fees are not refundable under any circumstance whatsoever.
- I remain the right to refuse dealing with anybody without having to disclose the reason.
- The crypto address you send me is the address I will send to, if it is wrong that's on you.
- Network fees/exchange fees/withdrawal fees or other miscellaneous fees are NOT included in my 5% and will be paid by you.
- I will not associate myself with illegal funds, if my exchange gets locked when you send me money, an exchange will not be done nor a refund will be issued.
- If you send me money and it takes longer than 24 hours to confirm, the money will not be exchanged nor refunded, make sure you send an adequate network fee.
- The exchanged amount will be in correlation to the value of the coin after the coin has hit required amount of confirmations, not the value of the coin at the time of you sending me it.
- I can change, add, or remove anything in this TOS, and I can increase or decrease my fee whenever and however I please, it is your responsibility to double-check or ask before dealing.
- I will wait for sufficient amount of network confirmations before releasing the funds (If I have forgotten to tell you the amount of confirmations before the deal, please remind me, that is on you).
- Oftentimes, my wallets are disposed of after doing your exchange, or I use exchanges that generate a new address for each transaction, do NOT send me crypto to an address I gave you in the past before first asking me.
