Yeah BTC, ETH n any other coin is mainstream and u can always convert SOL to USDC but I feel like u gotta involve $SOL abit more with the whole receiving/sending part. idk It's not realistically needed but helpful and saves time for people who only have $SOL n gotta convert to $USDC then upgrade themselves.
