hey guys currently got a lot of projects im trying to accomplish, but having a lot of brain fog lately. what do u recommend for enhancing cognition for working faster & smarter.. I dont like coffee it hurts my stomache and tastes like shit xD
I Feel like exercise helps a lot, but it sucks cuz it isnt permanent feeling, then u have to do it again , to keep feeling good.. so idk...
Any suggestiton?
