Incident Details:
Contacted @charge about a Xbox gamertag ban retrieval on 4/22. User said they could do it for $55, needed to get an exchange from Apple Pay to BTC. User had someone who could exchange, they sent their gmail, I sent the $55 to user’s exchanger. Exchanger has now seemingly ghosted them after I sent the $55. It’s been over a week now with no progress and user stalling, requesting a full refund from the user.
