Incident Details:
Bought a new instagram which had never been swapped before but I decided to swap it using @Slugmas service, we talked a lil before deal and I send swap fee which was $10 and creds. He asks for username of the fresh I provided which was a random 2013 on one of my emails, I mention this(https://ibb.co/YhQG9rt) and he still goes on with the swap where he wins it but it gets suspended right away, he then asks if it was an aged(https://ibb.co/n6RHhJX) and says it was banned because it was aged and says he has a guy that can unban. Fast forward 2 days no dm from this guy who can unban and I just ask for swap fee back(not even full @ worth) and he says no since in his terms it says "Not responsible for locks/ban" which is fair but I believe hes responsible for this as I mentioned the account was a 2013 and he said nothing, he says thats bc he didnt understand what I meant but he didnt give any indicator he didnt understand or asked for clarification???

it got locked bc of your mistake in not telling me aged accounts will be suspended if swapped on after I stated I was swapping onto an aged account. It's not my fault you didnt understand my clarification on it being an aged?

i did ask 'wym?' not my fault you didnt answer me or ask for clarification? your argument isnt valid, im protected under my tos. but at least you now know not to use 2012-16 for swaps.
