User goes by @tarxmedia & @tarfastban on Telegram - He claims he can ban accounts within 20 minutes. This is completely untrue. He also slashes his price down to beat anyone in the market just to gain as many customers as possible. When he fails to deliver the ban in time, he asks for an extension every single day but fails to refund no matter what you say. He is a scammer as he has blocked me and continues to operate on all markets as well as continuing to take orders on multiple platforms by advertising his false promises of fast bans. If he can't deliver, he scams.
