Incident Details:
Waited like a week before posting this to give him time but he decided to be a dickhead and act like he doesn’t care We confirmed on site staff can check The deal was for me to verify a rollbit account he had for 25$ thing I did in less than three minutes but then site still holded his money since he was trying to retire it before the verification I successfully did my service and he should had paid me straight away but felt bad for the guy and waited a week for him without any traces of my money yet Also saw he asked support to stop his withdrawal of cash so he can gamble https://ibb.co/4FCDTF8 (thing wich is super weird since he claims he doesn’t have money to pay me besides rollbit, and this way not paying me and scamming)

I have no way of knowing that you successfully verified until duelbits confirms, otherwise you could have put some random non working info

Shown proof that it was completed on my side, recheck and I can show staff the id to see it’s real info too if u don’t believe me try to complete the verification of a random account with false info and see if it shows u as complete like me lol it won’t.. will reject u 100% times and you will not be able to go forward

It doesn't make sense for me to pay you anything unless duelbits confirms that KYC has been successfully completed, I paid you to unlock my account and using your logic you could put up some random ID which has been used before and wont work to unlock my account. I think it's pretty common sense that you're not entitled to anything until my account is successfully KYC unlocked as thats what I'm paying for.

I’m pretty sure u lying about funds stuck, even tho that they are not part of the deal and u still need to pay me for the service, show me a video of entering your withdrawals from beggining to see if it completed or not and asking live support about KYC verification status so you won’t be able to fake proof being a video

1. You confirmed on site that it was only the KYC verification completed thing wich I did and now u changing terms not my fault if ur still locked for hijacking accounts or being sus

If they deem u sus they will still let u locked even with all verifications so nothing to do with me, and my service is complete

Dont know why I need to explain this but the KYC verification process isn't complete until duelbits confirms that it is for the following reasons:

The KYC information may not be sufficient and may not work
Duelbits may say the KYC for whatever reason is invalid and perhaps there could be another account using the ID
