There should be some sort of on=site timer for giveaways that the user doing the giveaway can set. Once the winner is decided they should have a certain amount of time to respond and then the thread deletes after 24 hours. If the winner doesn't respond it keeps re-rolling. Also, the winner should receive a PM on site that they've won the giveaway with a link to said giveaway.

Agree, the giveaway section is big chaos right now, also it should be possible to sort by creation time, cuz right now you don't even know which giveaways you already joined,. since people are replying to 3 weeks old giveaways
