Official Groups, UI updates, Bits lottery and more

As you'll all be aware there have been few noticeable updates to the site recently, however we're proud to present a handful of the great features we've been working on. Groups

Introducing groups! We've taken the forum groups that you all know and love and revolutionised them. Gone are the days of buying into a group for just a user-bar and a glowing name - with Kingz group you'll be part of a community that'll last.

Groups will be slowly auctioned off - with the funds raised going towards further development and site growth - starting today. More details to be announced in a separate thread.

Each group will have a dedicated group page with a host of customisable features. These include:

• Choose your own groups cover, user-bar and find a dedicated forum in your groups page
• Select a glow color of your choice to style all members of the groups usernames
• Total reputation and vouch percent of all members in the group are calculated and publicly visible at the groups page
• Group awards can be obtained for an additional fee - all members in the group are granted this award. If a member is kicked/leaves the group, the award is also removed
• We will be working closely with the first group owner to make sure everything is structured as it should and clean up any bugs found.
• Group Admins can lock/sticky threads and add members as a moderator
• Group Moderators can lock threads​

Note: This is in a beta phase and there may be bugs starting off. Upgrading its functionality, performance, and design to a much higher standard is priority moving forward with groups.

The main idea here is also to provide competition between groups - thus encouraging group owners to be active and engaging with their groups. We plan on keeping all Kingz groups as high quality as possible. Groups' overall reputation and vouches will be displayed on the groups page. Monthly competitions will be introduced in the coming weeks with cash and bits prizes.

Upgrade bonuses

• There is now an Upgraded Lounge dedicated to Prime and Divine members

Forum Restructure

• Forum restructure within General, Market, Money & Resources
• Premium (renamed from Resources) now has categories dedicated to certain upgrade tiers & groups
• Removed and merged categories that weren't used much

Note: Refunding services are now disallowed.

Minor UI Changes

• Very minor UI changes. Many more UI changes and enhancements to come.
• Similar to the last UI update, we'll be pushing new pages live to complete the new site UI after final testing.
