well said You must also have the right mindset and fully commit to it in order to see results.You’d have to make a compromise on one of those. You can’t just expect to do nothing and lose weight / get in shape. Change your diet to be full of protein. Chicken and rice is a great diet for this. Physical activity daily, even if it’s just a walk for half an hour is paramount
