make a rep-based underline border

for example, 10 rep (or whatever you wanna set it to) = bronze underline border under avatar. then goes silver, gold, emerald, sapphire and ruby. sort of like player icon borders in league of legends i've seen from my brother's account but only the bottom half of the avatar.

I think it's a cool idea. I don't understand the reference. Also rep just existing produces rep farming.
