member of the month/year award contest

lets have a member of the month/year contest every month/year.
it would encourage members to be nice to eachother and post hq stuff
but to make it fair: staff has to chose 3 members and then we all vote who should win out of the 3.

If we chose then will just be a popularity contest. Like the last 3 whoever has the most friends to vote for them wins making it unfair.

yeah and thats exactly a member of the month/year member will be cuz i beleive the one who wins will be friendly to everyone and has contributed to this community and toxic people wont be nominated as staffs should be nominating them so id say its pretty fair
