Windows OS has gotten more convenient for the internet illiterate person to use because Microsoft has and will have a monopoly on gamers (Xbox, PC, etc); until game developers start allowing linux users to game without a hassle Microsoft will continue to push their agenda to take a PI of the matrix.

Windows is never supposed to be something used for anything you want private, we live in a time where your digital footprint is unerasable. Again, you used to have to pay for Windows, now it's free, so in general you cannot blame Microsoft for wanting people to use their browser, OS, technology in general especially when there search engine (when compared too google) rewards users; there is no benefit to using chrome other than convenience, but yeah thats my thoughts and it's hard to blame corporations for wanting to incentivise people to use their product, especially if the average person is born with a smart phone and computer, up to the person to take the time to become literate if they value digital privacy; content creators, rappers, celebrities in general do not have this liberty because of how many people use the internet compared to even 5 years ago, much less 20.
