It personally hurts my eyes how I need to look what section the thread is in, pretty sure others can agree that the sections shall be in one straight line
Maybe also Turn the Replies and Views to icons, like a eye and a reply thing
And that the Tag and username Colors look exactly same, makes it a LITTLE hard to view if its a name or a prefix
Maybe adding some kind of Outline to Group Prefix would make it easier
