You already can change your name. You just have to be upgraded.

Yes "if", because next to no one has changed their name on their profile yet, everyone I've viewed so far hasn't had any name changes and therefore I've been unable to see it. I assumed it wasn't a feature, you could have cleared it up in a more polite way

Exactly lol, so it’s rare you’ll even see it in the first place for now up till more users change their usernames. Wasn’t impolite whatsoever, just blunt :)
