like 2 ish years ago i sold some acc worth like 100 usd but the dude who bought didnt select friends n family for payment. eversince that my accs been basically fucked and now it doesnt let me send money or anything like that w/o putting in like my social security. bruh. how tf i get this shit to work, i been looking on n off for like ages on a way 2 bypass this shit, help me out

yh but paypal doesnt fw account selling and the other dude who was buying ghosted me like 2 years ago after he bought, so idk if its gonna flag me or smth once i put it in
