Deal Dispute Scammed me out of val acc

I paid 250$ for a valorant account with skins and riot gun buddy. The account I was supposed to receive was the following https://imgur.com/a/UKP3170 but instead I received the following account . The user blocked me on discord. His user is https://kingz.net/AaronGE/. I dont know what to do and I really doubt the other guy will refund me so unless you guys do ig im broke.
