This is what riot support asks when u try to recover an account, and you only need a part of the info to pull back . If the owner is reluctant to give u access to the oge (personal etc.), you only need to know the name of the email. most trusted sellers wont verify the email of the account because it lets the buyer change email without sending a verification code to the oge, and it lowers the chance of it getting pulled back significantly
