We are doing fresh swaps, though after your name is successfully transferred to a gamepass it may be possible to transfer the name via deletion though again the TOS below applies.

- If during the swap your username is lost for any reason we will not refund you the account value. We will refund the swap fee only.
- We will not be held responsible for anything before, during or after the swap.
- You may go with other swap services as well though generally I would advise against this because it can actually harm your swap rather than assist like you might think.
- You accept full responsibility for any failed swaps. Do not share the droptime out as this can harm your swap. Your name once name changed will take 37 days to be released, and a rough estimation of the drop time will be publically available, though only we should have the exact drop time if you don't share it out.
