Terms of Service
I. I reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, at my own discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where I feel uncomfortable, suspect fraudulent activity, or deem the transaction to be outside the scope of my services. My decision to refuse service is final and not subject to dispute.
II. All fees associated with transactions, including but not limited to payment processing fees, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, or any other costs incurred during the transfer of funds or items to and from me, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and/or seller. These fees must be covered in full by the involved parties, and I will not be held liable for any additional charges that may arise during the transaction process.
III. The buyer and/or seller assume full responsibility for the condition, safety, and integrity of the items being transacted at all times. This includes during the negotiation, transfer, and delivery phases of the transaction, as well as after the deal has been completed. I, as the middleman, am not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or other issues that may occur to the items before, during, or after the transaction. It is the responsibility of the buyer and/or seller to ensure proper handling, and insurance of the items, if necessary.
By contacting me or engaging in my services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of services and/or refusal to facilitate future transactions.
