So ive recommended this before offsite and I think it would be a great idea.
We already have a sort of achievement system that's awesome. However, I think we could greatly improve this.
I think we should expand this out. We currently have 16 different achievements to earn. I think we should add more and also give better incentives to earn the achievements.
Completing achievements could earn
- Awards,
- Items
- Badges
etc etc
It gives the community more incentive to be active and participate in the community, while also improving the new system.
An example of maybe earning 20 different achievements could earn you a badge like this:
This is just one example. Like if you earn level 20 you automatically get sent an award. Or if you earn a hard to get achievement you automatically get an award. etc etc
