If someone makes a group with a middleman for example, then the only logical thing to do would be to confirm onsite would it not? It's not an inside joke.

As long as they have a decent amound of rep/vouch it should be safe unless its for a very large amount then i always suggest a MM. Also, MM if the user has 0 or very low rep. Trust im Red Rep Inc
