Allow Upgraded Users to Bypass [hide] tags.

I'm not tryna reply to threads to see what's behind hide tags, especially when i spent my net on this website.

Could be added to divine temporarily until new higher upgrades (with rep/vouch requirements) are put into effect

May add this, or we'll allow for users to put a bits unlock fee on their threads.

Upgraded should be able to see without. Its just a hassle / inconvenience for upgraded users
