Allow vouching for bits deals

I think bits vouches are allowed, I might be wrong but yea, have seen some people vouching each other for bits deals already

afaik bits vouches are allowed. Weird that it doesn't let you link to threads posted in the Bits Market section. Most people who have vouches for Bits sales link to the trade, the donate page, or a random thread

Bits Market is disabled from vouching due to farming. If you're buying a couple dollars worth of Bits to farm vouches, you either have bad intentions or looking to cause trouble. That's not how you should be building your portfolio on here

What do we want the minimum to be? $5 or $10?

I can't actually restrict the amount when vouching, but I can put it in the help docs and make it official

$10 sounds good, bits prices r goin up quite a bit as well so $10 should be pretty easy to hit in a single deal

$10 is fine, I just bought $38 in bits from someone and I feel like I should be able to vouch for it

Located in Kingz Rules + Bits in the help docs. We'll hand out warnings before bans for farmers just so they're aware of the new rule in place until it becomes more known. Report the farmers if caught

Fyi, if it becomes an issue we'll just disallow vouching on Bits permanently and delete all vouches for Bits
