Am I going to get banned for multiple accounts for signing up with a vpn?

Title used VPN to sign up on this site.

If you share IPs with another user due to being on a VPN, you will not be banned. I use a VPN, and have a few shared IPs with other Kingz users. However, if you are actively caught creating multiple accounts, you and all of your other accounts will be banned.
