Don't think certain times matter. I know of a few people who go viral usually if the first video doesn't hit off they'll delete it and repost it again after a few days and repeat (with content inbetween) until it does take off.

I've had a few 30-100k view videos but it's just random i think and was more humorous more engaging content and i did not follow what i said above, just posted randomly once.
