change vouch system / how vouches are displayed

what the fuck is a neutral vouch dawg all u need is positive vouches

i also think it would be dope to change how rep & vouches are displayed on threads/posts,

i personally think rep and vouches should be the priority numbers (biggest and most noticeable) instead of just vouches (and neutral and negative vouches ???)
if you have reputation not as noticeable it dont seem like it matter allat much

Removing negative, and neutral vouches has already been suggested, and denied a number of times.
