2. Have a username related to that og username you want to claim
3. Email Chess.com support and kindly ask to claim that username (reason: inactive and you have an username related to that)
4. enjoy

this has worked for me and I claimed a rare 3L og, this won't work all the time but has a pretty high chance of working if you are kind
