When its region locked you need to jump through to many hoops to trade skins, cases. etc etc if you plan on actually using the account. So it would matter for me tbh
I have a RO account right now with some stuff on it and i cant do shit since im on a USA IP, with USA creds

if steam would ask and this ofc dont happen then u can say that u travel or someting.
there are so many accounts getting selled here and accounts are switching in so many regions and you care about it xD

It was a question. instead I got "wHo thE fuCK cArEs" mur mur mur mur blah blah blahSteam will require a ticket if the account has anything purchased. I know because im trying to swap my account right now, and ive been waiting 5 days. Steam is OD slow. Why buy a out of region account when its just easier to buy from my own region. Thats why I asked.
