Incident Details:
I wagered @rithvik months ago, and he lost and admitted to losing before complaining about how I didnt play the openings he wanted me to play (which he could have said after game 1, instead of essentially getting 3 free games against a high elo player which is educational for a beginner, him knowing that I wasnt playing these openings and still playing on knowing that he would bring this up as a way not to pay is known as "unjust enrichment". I looked past this since he was crying on stream about it and I felt bad for it. I asked for the last DD to be closed and then he goes back to talking shit and asks to wager again. Up until this point was just context, now is where he scammed: We agree publicly that the wager will be 8/28/23 4:20 AM PST, in ETH and I specifically said that I would only wager if he agreed that he would forfeit the wager if he were to not show up 10 minutes from start time. He agreed to this. Long story short, he didnt show up for start time and over an hour later he said "im ready, come in stream kid". I'm not gonna waste even more time on this because the reason I added the 10 minutes clause is so that my time wouldn't be wasted and I would get paid regardless as he has a history of wasting my time.

"I didnt agree to the caluses of the already invalidated dispute" - I mention this in my thread and you literally didnt pay me after I won for that reason

And finally, I logged in on kingz waiting for you to come on to start the wager so you could ask me to play whatever openings and for us to send each other the challenge link.

I'm not dealing with another 10 page DD, staff can ask for anything they need from me I'm not discussing with rithvik.
