Incident Details:
I was referred to this guy by Kobe for a stake method, as I had heard he was selling a method through OGU but we spoke directly on DMs. He first wanted me to pay 300$, but I scaled it down to 50$. I had sent him to money & we agreed that if I stuck to his method and I lost the money, he would refund it - however he's been ignoring me (I checked he was online on OGU) so I decided it's best to make a DD.
