I also did not receive my upgrade @Supgrade can provide order ID if needed, the transaction fees made it more expensive than advertised too for me personally so if this is just an honest mistake please get back to me as well.

Not much supgrade can really do if the guy hasn't been on since he made this thread. Not sure if he's resolved @rithvik's issue though GL. Deal with Confidence

Yeah, you were inactive and your service was broken. Can you just give me the code to add to my spotify account as advertised? I can have @Dave or @Akh pull up my review of your service if needed.

And no, I never complained or opened a dispute, I literally posted on your thread that i wasted 2 hours and spent 5$ and didn't get a code via email. I didn't even open a dispute because it's 5$ and assumed you would eventually get to me, but that day I was quite pissed.
