The "respected user in the mc com" is irrelevant in this matter, no it was not your friend id rather not say his name for safety. As of the account for right now No I do not own the account my friend bought it as a troll to see if he actually had it and he did the whole time.User purchased a Mojang Cape account that was purchased directly from the original owner (an ex-Mojang employee) over a year ago. He claimed the original owner pulled the account and contacted me about this. I told him he should try reaching out to the original owner to ask if the account was pulled or what happened to it. This original owner sold 4 Mojang employee cape accounts to a friend, and only this one got locked. My friend purchased these accounts from him via Instagram DMs, and unfortunately, his account was permanently banned, which is why I told nas he should reach out.
The "respected user in the mc com" that @nas was talking to about this account was talking to this original owner previous to this situation happening for some reason which is quite odd if you ask me. Due to this individual already having contact with the original owner, I told nas he should ask about this account to see what had happened. The original owner told him the account had been deactivated for being reported due to suspicious activity on the account.
Nas claims Microsoft accounts demigrating to a Mojang account only happens when an account is pulled back via Support, but this is an employee account. When I said that the worst thing that could happen is the capes get removed, that is what I assumed based on what had happened previously to other special capes such as IGN "josevery," (a translator + 2 minecon cape account) when that account got reported and locked, all of the capes were removed from the account, but the account itself was still fine. The difference between that account and this one is that this is a Mojang Employee account; this is the first time anyone has legitimately acquired an account like this until this original owner sold 4 of them. Nobody truly knew what could have happened if the account had been reported, and Mojang chose to act on it.
Regardless of this, I went to the original owner myself, acting like my friend who purchased the accounts from him in order to see if I could figure this situation out myself, I asked if he had pulled the account back by mistake, thinking it may have been a different account, but he told me he does not have access to the account and has not pulled it back. He said, "from the info I got it's been deactivated due to suspicious activity, was apparently reported on a server." I asked the original owner if he could recover the account to give it back as he had already been paid for the account previously, and we assumed that payment would include him helping with the accounts in the future. He said he would probably be able to get the account back through an old co-worker but that it would cost money to get it back.
I believe the messages of the original owner and that the account was locked, as accounts only get demigrated when pulled via Minecraft Support. This account was undoubtedly not pulled via Support because it was an employee account that did not have a transaction ID associated with it, as the account was created via the backend for free. If the account truly got locked as the original owner said it did, I am not surprised that he is able to get it back via an old co-worker as he could come up with several excuses to explain the account was still him, just on a VPN or something of the sort.
Also, as for the account being on Roxbot, the individual who had the OG Owner contact previous to this situation ended up buying the account for himself, which is why the account was fixed and migrated. It also appears you purchased it from that individual already, as it is friended to your main account on NameMC, so I am not even sure why you are making this, as it is clear that neither me nor my friend did anything to the account.

"who was contacting this original owner before this situation even happened". This is literally quite irrelevant to the situation, if staff need all the Instagram messages he sent we can gladly do that. I've already told you what he was contacting him for prior and it was not regarding the account and you know that stop acting dumb.I am not sure what you’re trying to argue; both myself and your friend (who was contacting this original owner before this situation even happened, which is quite strange if you ask me) spoke to the OGO, and he told us the account was locked. I even showed proof of what he said and can prove to staff that this is, in fact, the original owner, and show the rest of my conversation with him if they would like to see it.
I’m not sure why you are trying to argue this and claim he’s lying when we already have an answer, and it is clear that neither me nor my friend pulled the account.
