Are you talking about the theme username.gg are actually using? It looks nothing like what lick was (I had access to the beta).
Also, lick created their own forum software so it's not like their "theme" could be used with xenforo easily which is the software username uses.

Afaik, they hired joseph to rework their theme to lick.gg, they had the flipd theme before.
Either the theme is not fully done yet, or it is done and they just want to have a mix between flipd und lick.gg.

Either way, both look like trash tbh.
