should i start bulking or nah

Not sure where you are at w/ body fat % and what ur goals are but you can gain at a slight surplus, don't need to go on a heavy bulk. If you do bulk, please for the love of god go on a lean bulk, don't go in with a "as long as it fits your macros" type of mindset. Consistency + discipline is what matters most.
