if we do a mass ad wave the likely hood of the site being swarmed with little retard multis scamming people is high, if we build a starting small platform of well known and well regarded users, the new users are less likely to catch the rest of us out

Advertisements are the best. I actually saw a google ads banner for Kingz on another forum and decided to just sink my teeth in it for real. Not disappointed.

Aside from Google Ads, Kingz could make a Marketplace channel on Telegram (they are doing great right now) and then hire some people to promote the Kingz channel in other marketplace channels. Some offer it as a service for like $50/month to over 200 channels.

Third could be promoting this site to everyone you actively deal with on other sites.

The options are plenty and I dont see why not use them all.

Yeah we've been trying to figure out advertising as it's our top priority but also our biggest downfall. The marketplace forum scene within our niche has been dominated by 1-2 sites that have operated for years already. It's a tough ask getting people to drop all of their progress from one site and move to another (even though I'd argue we have the best site with the most potential).
