Implement colored rep and vouches, purchasable RGB titles, etc.

I'm sure the devs and staff are all aware how you can purchase colored rep/vouches on OGU. This should be implemented for a fee. Also RGB titles. Thank you guys! I love pimping out my profile the most I can. Same with many others!

(Just not OGU's scummy ass prices.)

Its not a no, but not something planned to release anytime soon. Its one of those features that'll be considered/added when we get to a certain stage, which wouldn't be now (have bigger and better features planned, then can wrap up features like this)

More profile/user customization is in mind, just not at that stage yet
