Instagram Trademark Question.

I'm soon going to own the trademark to my final username. Just the word, no typos or symbols in the trademark. It will be registered by the UK Government and Law as an official trademark, and will fall under class 35 'Advertising; business management; business administration; office functions'

However, the username I currently want to trademark is active on Instagram, the current owner doesn't own the OGE and purchased it off someone a while back. I'm just wondering, would this be enough to claim an active username? It isn't an English common word or semi-OG username.

i think trademark gets good priority for this. not completely sure, but instagram probably reaches out to the active user or sm

I had the username that a business wanted, they didn’t reach out to me and ask for it however I got an email from instagram that I was impersonating said company (I wasn’t at all) and that they had changed my username to company_name instead of companyname (example). The company only had 14k followers at the time and I am in UK so they must’ve claimed it with a trademark
