Make custom awards for anyone

tittle says it all, it'd be pretty cool if you could get your own award for maybe 200k bits or $

I think it'd be pretty good for all those bit buyers to get their own award (maybe for example: user /ye gets a kanye award )

this'd be great and it could help the economy and would make people more active because they want to farm/buy/sell bits!
