Rep shouldn't mean anything, but it does in many peoples heads.

Vouches should be the only primary metric, reputation does determines absolutely nothing about a user which isn't already covered by other profile stats (especially vouches). If you make Reputation larger, why not 'Likes' or 'Posts' too?
