Make the next rare lucky award tradeable

1/7,500 chance to get it and it's tradable, or a 1/10,000 chance.

Considering only 14 people have the golden clover and it's been around 2 months, with a chance of 1/2500.
A 1/7,500 or 1/10,000 chance seems reasonable.

And maybe the first person to get the award gets something special, maybe a rep from @Dave

14 people have the golden and half of em got it in january when posting had other rules.
if you see the leprechaun hat is owend by just 18 users and it has a 1/750 chance.
1/7500 is really low.
i would opt for 1/5000
