member of the month/year award contest

lets have a member of the month/year contest every month/year.
it would encourage members to be nice to eachother and post hq stuff
but to make it fair: staff has to chose 3 members and then we all vote who should win out of the 3.

i mean sure sounds good but what would determine someone a good member and what would they win.
its a nice idea just dont see the practical value behind it.

and as for what they would get idk maybe something like a award or a title that says Member of the month or something like that
