i had a paypal debt w my real info locked and i can't pay the debt cause they blocked my credit cards and shit, if anyone has any ideas lmk i don't want my credit score thing to be lowered I'm not even an adult yet nigga wtf

it's impossible that receiving money is limited so get yourself someone to exchange and send the amount on the paypal, if the amount is under 200$ just don't pay it and as long as you never touch paypal again nothing will happen
