"Spain will extradite a 23-year-old British man suspected of involvement in the major 2020 Twitter attack to the United States, a Spanish court has ruled,
The Briton has been charged by US authorities with intentionally accessing a computer without authorization and obtaining information from a secure computer. He must also be tried for extortion and sending a threat. In addition to the FBI, the British and Spanish police were also involved in the investigation into the man. The Briton was arrested by the Spanish police on July 21, 2021. He can still appeal against the judgment of the Spanish court."
