Remove usernames starting with "_"

Hey this is just a suggestion..

the idea is users can contain "_" throughout or end with underscores but they should not be able to start with them so there arent so many variations of users
EX: "@f" , '@_f", "@f_"

There is no need to limit underscores in usernames. I don't see this ever being implemented.
